The hotel is in a great location. Staff are friendly. The only thing I think it could be better is the conditions of the room. Although it was clear, it needs a better maintenance, something look old and in poor condition, such as the air condition and the bathroom.

The rooms are very old. The air-conditioning unit is noisy and probably over 30 to 40 years old. It had air but it was not really cold or was not enough to cool the room. The door locking system was broken, the bathroom was uncomfortable, the bed was awful, very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel.

Preste atenção na reserva! Oferecem um serviço de estacionamento que não existe! Cheguei ao hotel e saí em seguida para um casamento! Quando voltei o hotel disse não tinha vaga para deixar o carro. Conversei com o hotel e disseram para deixar o carro na rua! Não tiveram nenhum interesse. Impossível por ser uma região com muito movimento a Savassi. E mediante o ocorrido encerrei minha estadia e fui para outro hotel! A rede de Hotéis Boulevard está fora da minha lista de estadia!
