Very good location for this hotel. We got a family room with two double bed, the room was a bit small and there was no window but I was aware when I booked. Very good and helpful staff and breakfast had a good amount of choice.

Wonderful staff helped get me a room. It was clean, orderly, and soundproof. So I had a peaceful night's sleep without being affected by other travelers moving between rooms.

Perfectly located right in the centre of Bath facing the theatre, the hotel is immaculately clean and has a very nice, small bar area at the front. I would describe the rooms as functional - small, compact but have everything you need, and again very clean. Taking 1 star off for the rock hard bed.
