It took over 1 hour at check in for them to try and find our reservation of 2 rooms made on Expedia. Claimed they were calling Expedia and could not get through. They had already given one of our rooms away and only had 1 room left that did not “match” the category we had reserved and were refusing to give it to us. After a long discourse with them they finally allowed us to have it and we made due with 1 room. And even had the nerve upon check out to say they had to check the room before we could leave!
