"The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center. It was nice to be able to walk over.
Every person we spoke with was great. Got the feeling they just wanted to make our stay fabulous.
The room was ok. It was the smallest bathroom without a vent fan. I like a hot shower and without a fan it’s very steamy for a long time. Was not the cleanest place I’ve stayed. I didn’t feel as if I would catch a disease. Could have been cleaner. The sink had cracks in it.
The pool area is lacking. No restroom near by.
Overall lack luster. "
"The property was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and professional. The property was located in an area that had easy access to many retail stores and restaurants."
"The gentleman at the front counter was super friendly and courteous. Check-in at 2:30am was fast and easy.
I was only there for 4 hours, but my room was extremely clean, and cool when I walked in, which was great since the temps outside are scorching!
The bed was comfy, with lots of pillows, and everything was very clean. Fridge and hairdryer worked great (the only amenities I used), too!
Breakfast was somewhat limited, but served my needs, and the employee serving it was exceptionally pleasant and engaging for someone who gets up at 4am everyday (she shared that). 😁
Checkout text makes the process very easy and eliminates having to stop at the front desk. Overall a great, short stay, and I would absolutely stay here again!"
"Surprised it was this good. Keep in my mind my high rating is for a hotel in this class which I’ll term mid level budget and pet friendly hotel. Expedia got me a great rate. $25 fee for pet, max two so it’s $50 and yes they will ask you at check out. My room was very clean. Great shower tub combo with full bottles of Dove products. My bed was a little lumpy but still comfortable. Cracker Barrel across the road. Lots of fast food and gas walking distance. Highly recommend for the highway travelers "
"Our bed sank to the center as if a lot of wear and tear. This just tells me it’s a good place to stay with a lot of use. Overall it was a very nice place."
"The area was not nice and the hotel was old and run down. The size of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. The hotel did not smell good when we walked in. "
