Good value and very large rooms. . Great for families. Breakfast items were a little sparse. Other than that it is very nice.

6/10 Good

We stayed for one night. My daughter had orientation at SFA, it was a very convenient location to the campus. The front desk was very polite and delivered excellent customer service. We did take advantage of the breakfast the next morning, the area was cleaned but only served cold options, no hot breakfast available. I tried to book a room again for family weekend at SFA and realized the rates were double for that weekend. I did not feel like that was fair or very customer service friendly taking advantage of customers knowing it was going to be a busy weekend. If the place was updated or had better amenities to offer their customers, I could tolerate the price spike, but not worth it for what they have to offer.

6/10 Good

The rooms were clean, but there was dog urine in the elevator that stayed for at least 4 hours, and the pool water was discolored. There was not really a breakfast due to a lack of food, and the lady at the front desk was too interested in her book to make eye contact, pretend to be interested in what we were asking or give more than a 1 word answer to any question. We stayed at Comfort Inn next door during our first trip to Nacogdoches and had a much better experience.

Attentive staff ! Clean , quiet , and beds very comfortable . Could have more high protein options for breakfast . Could have extras like cotton balls in bathroom . Also I’d tell guests not to leave their food trash outside the door . They could walk down to the trash bin . Love the hotel and loved the employees !

Parking was easy, room and restroom was clean, staff was nice, pool was cold/not heated but there is a nice hot tub. Breakfast was ok, bagels/muffins, yogurt and cereal.

Very nice and clean. The staff was good and attentive for the most part. Don’t look forward to breakfast as it was not worth it. Hard boiled cold eggs (very) hard to peel, cereal looked old, bagel in toaster but not filling, no choice of yogurt, had to dip the peeled eggs into hot water to warm it up. Very disappointed with the breakfast. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Very private overall after entering the room. Clean property too.

It was easy to find and get parking. The front desk was extremely helpful. The pool was very cold, but I personally prefer a cold pool for an aquatic workout. The room was clean and spacious. This is first hotel I’ve stayed at in Nacadogches that didn’t have a stale mildew in the room and I really appreciated that. I will definitely being staying there again.

Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and as a guest the staff made me feel very welcome for my stay. As a new user to this line of Hilton I highly recommend it and breakfast was excellent.

The room was clean and was comfortable with nice decor. The front desk attendant when we checked in was not friendly and somewhat rude. Everyone else was very friendly. Need to add continental breakfast. Even lower status hotels offer breakfast.
