The apartment was in very bad conditions. Very dirty, bad, pillows and bad clothes in a very poor quality. Dangerous electricity wires. The property shouldn't be listed for rent. I left the place after the 1st night and would like to have my money back as soon as possible.

Já ouviram falar em manutenção?
A manutenção é item crítico (Marcenaria e Hidráulica), não condiz com o hotel que fico. Usei pela primeira vez o serviço de flat e não gostei (Torneira sem água na pia da cozinha, misturador de água fria na pia do banheiro sem água, ducha higiênica não funcionando de acordo, acabamento da porta apoiado na pia ....) Sem falar que havia estoque de cama no quarto.

Falhas na manutenção e atendimento
O quarto não disponibilizava coberta. Quando foi solicitado ao hotel eles informaram que não poderiam fornecer pois deveria ser direto com o proprietário. Acabamos ficando sem coberta. O travesseiro que estava no armário estava sem fronha e também não conseguimos uma nova fronha. A água do box vaza para o banheiro inteiro e deixava quase sempre alagado o banheiro após o banho. Não havia um tapete reserva e ele não foi substituído na limpeza do quarto. As paredes do quarto precisam de uma manutenção pois estão com sujeira e mofadas. A cabeceira da cama está solta. Uma das cadeiras e a mesa disponibilizadas do quarto estavam quebradas e estavam colocadas na sacada e não puderam ser utilizados.

A hospedagem não oferece cobertor, apenas lençol comum de tecido fino. Entrei em contato por telefone e fui informado que não dispõe mesmo de cobertor que isso já estava avisado. Eu solicitei um cobertor mas foi negado. Senti frio de madrugada durante a estadia. Além disso, não tem mesa ou escrivaninha, equipamento de internet no chão. Frigobar no chão.

Ótima opção.
As instalações do hotel são ótimas, o quarto tem o mobiliário um pouco antigo mas atende muito bem. Cama confortável tive noites bem tranquilas. Voltaria tranquilamente me hospedar. O serviço do hotel é maravilhoso, recepcionistas atenciosos e educados. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, no coração de Brasília, próximo a conveniências, restaurantes e shoppings. Fui para um show no estádio Mane Garrincha acabei indo a pé. Apenas um ponto de atenção, não são disponibilizados cobertores extras, a cama tem um lençol fininho para usar, se for em épocas de frio levem um cobertor.
