Beautiful facility and landscaping exquisite with a view of the lake. Not on the lake, but very close. Our room was very humid, no A/C. Very disappointed that parking, breakfast and exercise room all cost an extra fee.

Luxurious property if you pay the price for a room with a view of the lake and pool. Sumptuous breakfast buffet. Beautiful pool with tunnel access to an indoor pool at a neighboring hotel. Bar a bit pricey. We had lunch once but better and less expensive food in town. Short walk to town. We enjoyed a few relaxing days after traveling for two months.

Big grand hotel, be aware of extra costs
It’s a big old grand hotel which has been well maintained. It is huge and links up to the neighbouring Hotel Dino via a 400m underground walkway. This is where you need to go if you want to use the gym, which is also huge and very well equipped, probably the largest hotel gym I’ve seen. Unfortunately you need to pay €12 a day to access it which is annoying when it says the hotel has a gym. Also, as is sadly becoming more common, breakfast is extra at a pricey €25 pp. Also parking is extra at €20 per day! (It should state this on the property details page when booking) So when you book a night as a couple at €200 thinking it’s a good deal for hotel, parking and gym it is actually going to cost you €282. For that reason I wouldn’t stay again (we didn’t pay for breakfast and just got yoghurt form the supermarket opposite).

Eravamo già stati nell’Hotel l’anno scorso nello stesso periodo. Ci hanno assegnato la stessa camera upgraded e abbiamo apprezzato. Ci piacciono l’eleganza, gli ampi spazi, la splendida piscina e il servizio eccellente. Rispetto all’anno scorso si è perso il benefit del parcheggio gratuito .. ora è a pagamento diretto con sbarra (20 € giorno). Se si muove spesso la macchina si finisce per pagare molto più del fee giornaliero. Clientela prevalentemente internazionale data la località a un passo da Stresa e Isolabella. Si mangia molto bene in albergo e c’è comunque ampia scelta di buoni ristoranti nei dintorni. Molto soddisfatti .. torneremo.

Bel hotel vintage
Hotel bell époque a la déco baroque et chargée raccord avec le palais boromée. Superbe piscine, pas testé la restauration ni le parking car cout élevé. Chambre climatisée et bien insonorisée cote rue, sauf la salle de bains un peu bruyante, il suffit de fermer la porte.
