This telatively new hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the plazas of the historic center of Guadalajara. All of the staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The entire hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. I especially appreciated the in-room coffee, the abundant hot water and a great air conditioner.

The staff is nice (polite) my room was 4F needs an upgrade . The a/c doesn’t work temp.in Guadalajara mex this weekend was 87% . I did let the staff know and nothing was done about it . Room need to be painted , tile was broken . Overall the entire property needs an upgrade . Would not stay at this property again .
