Bedside lamp fitting broken with exposed electric contacts, damage to desk/table area and toilet bowl chipped. Breakfast adequate but staff didn’t want to replenish bacon when only very greasy dregs were left, told to make do, so went without!

I have booked a room single big bed, And once arrived at the reception, the receptionist inform me that only double single beds are available, I you want to take or not ! And when i'm went inside the room, i'm discovered that it's for person reduced mobility room ! The width 80 cm et 1.70 the lenght , my legs were out of the bed. The personner didn't propose to upgrade or do a commercial effort at all !! It's the first time i'm face a situation like that, I'm paying for a confort and brand without the service.
