Loved the location, quiet, clean and well maintained. And not expensive to take an uber/lyft to downtown. No pool or free breakfast but not a problem.

This was my first time in Nashville & I was worried about being there alone with my daughter, but when we arrived to the hotel we felt safe & it was extremely nice inside. This was a great hotel experience, and I will absolutely book here again in the future. Staff was super helpful & it was a perfect stay!

Had a hard time getting a shuttle to the airport. Driver was 25 min late, did not offer to help with 6 bags, and never got out his seat departing hotel or arriving at the airport. Breakfast was nowhere in site as of 6:00am probably because we were almost the only guests there. Front desk attendant was asleep when we came downstairs.

I can understand a few years ago when I made a mistake of staying at a quality inn and the battery went out on door lock for 3 hours and we sat out in hall. However, this is an upper end hotel and the dank keys don't work correctly. Also the staff was very nice. The shuttle to airport was more expensive than just paying the parking garage fee. I still had to pay Uber on way back. Fool me once shame on you. You won't fool me again

Staff did not greet us and there were two people at desk. We stood there and finally spoke up and lady said one sec. Then she finally asked our name. She had snacks and drinks all over the counter area as well. When we came down next morning a lady was asleep in loung area opposed to behind counter. Our second trio down to checkout I inquired if there was an ice machine on that level and staff simply said no, they didn’t offer to suggest where I could get ice, etc. I was a little snarky at that point and commented that I guess I am on my own to find one. They finally piped up and suggested second or third level. When I came back down a third time after getting ice I found a phone in a chair in lobby and turned it in to staff at counter, turns out it was the sleeping staffers cell phone. On our way out the door one of the staffers apologized for not offering direction for ice earlier. Young and unprofessional staff. But everything else was fine.

I decided to book this hotel. I went to get my room with my man. Their system was down. Okay cool. So we got turned away, and I asked for a refund due to their inconvenience which did not partake to me wanting to cancel. They said to contact my third party and I should receive my refund. Expedia tried helping me, but this scammer of a hotel refused to refund me even though I didn’t stay here. I wanted to stay here; I did not want to cancel. They are going with the plan of “I wanted to cancel and we do not give refunds.” I didn’t want to cancel. I had to leave the building because I could not be helped. I tried to call the hotel, but their phones don’t work. They never pick up. Don’t go there. They are cheeky and conniving. I hated that they didn’t refund me. I would’ve rescheduled as well but they won’t pick up my calls. So I’ve lost a lot of money.
