Great staff friendly, but the hotel is certainly far from a four star hotel. Small TV hung on the top of the ceiling Once small 1 inch soap bar for the shower. The front door does not lock and damage door frame. Damaged Wood floor,missing ceramic tiles in the shower. It Seems little has been updated since the late 90s. Very outdated for a four star. Max 3 At best Very helpful front desk staff. Hope this helps thank you

Misleading advertising for this hotel.

The hotel it's self was fine. However the reason we booked this out of town hotels was because it said it has a shuttle bus into town. This is incorrect! And the taxi fare is 20euro each way. Breakfast was average. Parking not secure as the gate is rusted open. Rooms are small. The best surprise was the restaurant next door. Appears to be a converted night club. Good was good but not cheep as the drinks were expensive.

Elenco i difetti che ho trovato nella mia camera : - i muri si sgretolavano solo guardandoli, sembrava che stessero per cadere a pezzi - all'arrivo nel bagno ho trovato dei peli nel wc - tutte le prese del letto non funzionavano, una era sfondata all'interno della scatola d'incasso e anche inserendo il carica non dava corrente, mentre l'altra non era troppo grande e non entrava il caricatore del telefono, nel bagno la presa non era neanche italiana e l'unica che funzionava era quella all'ingresso vicino alla porta della camera - stanza molto rumorosa, probabilmente era vicino ad un condotto principale dell'areazione centralizzata ed era abbastanza fastidioso di notte quando si cercava di dormire - mancava l'acqua calda - frigo bar praticamente vuoto, solamente una bottiglietta d'acqua e un pacchetto di biscotti - colazione niente male, unica nota positiva assieme al materasso che non era male, abbastanza comodo. Nel complesso per essere un 4 stelle alle porte della città direi che c'è di meglio.

Delusione da un hotel a 4 stelle (forse un tempo)

Camera 201; situata all’inizio del corridoio adiacente all’ascensore che ogni volta che si fermava al piano produceva un tonfo avvertito soprattutto nelle ore notturne disturbando il sonno. Camera di ottima metratura con annesso locale armadio utile per collocare valigie e custodire gli abiti. Arredamento poco funzionale; letto con struttura ingombrante che si prestava a facili infortuni passandoci attorno. Anche il comodino da un lato del letto sporgeva impedendo un passaggio regolare. Un solo comodino era dotato di presa elettrica in quanto l’altro lato ne era sprovvisto. Inoltre, la presa della scrivania risultava inutilizzabile in quanto sfondata all’interno. Anche quella del bagno non era funzionante. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva bene poiché si incastrava sul telaio. La bocchetta di aereazione della stanza era piena di polvere. La porta di ingresso presentava una manomissione mancando parti di legno e si chiudeva in maniera sicuro poiché una semplice spinta avrebbe fatto cedere le due sole viti che reggevano la serratura. Servizio colazione e pulizie impeccabile. Non credo che sia giusto alloggiare una famiglia con un bambino piccolo in una stanza con queste caratteristiche; credo che le persone meritino rispetto e un alloggio dignitoso. Non so se questo genere di camere sia riservato a chi prenota con Hotels ma comunque avendo pagato non è giusto alloggiare in tali condizioni.
