If I could give them 10 stars I would. They made our 30th anniversary a most special occasion with an upgrade and lovely rose petals throughout our room along with other delights. The chocolatier was a wonderful treat every night. The staff anticipated every need and always exceeded expectations. The location is perfect and the amenities were five star. This hotel is in a very convenient location, located directly across from the train station. Easy walking distance to all the must hit spots in Zurich. The staff was great; providing us great advice for dinner and a few activities for the kids. Would stay here again - to be honest, I wish we had stayed in other Schweizerhof Hotels in other cities.

The location is great due to the train station being so close to the hotel and shopping areas. The restaurant was only open in the evening, but the cafe was nice. The bartender was excellent. There is not a luggage cart so it takes a bit of time to get the luggage out of the room and the storage is small. The bathroom was good size and the bathroom amenities were nice as well.
