Buena relación calidad-precio
Ubicado en pleno corazón de Vegueta, este apartamento ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio. Equipado con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estancia, cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada para aquellos que deseen explorar el centro histórico de Las Palmas a pie. Sin embargo, hay que tener en cuenta que el aislamiento acústico dista de ser perfecto y se puede oír algún ruido proveniente de los vecinos o del tráfico (si bien la zona es bastante tranquila en cuanto a tráfico). Además, la puerta de entrada podría ser más segura. También es importante mencionar que no cuenta con ascensor, por lo que puede ser un inconveniente para aquellos que viajan con equipaje pesado o tienen dificultades de movilidad. En general, es una excelente opción para aquellos que buscan un lugar céntrico y bien equipado a un precio asequible. Repetiríamos.

Genial
La estancia es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Cuenta con todo lo necesario y es muy cómodo tanto la comunicación como la zona. Si vas con coche no habrá problemas para aparcar en ningún momento y si por contrario no dispones de vehículo, se encuentra a pocos metros del centro de Vegueta y con conexiones a todos lados. El piso está muy completo como comenté y lo único que diría es de otro ventilador en la estancia, porque con uno para toda la casa a lo mejor se queda corto. Sitio a tener en cuenta.
