The A/C was a bit of trouble as it’s been confusing how to make it work (at one point we thought we’re being gaslit by it as it would suddenly work when we ask help from the hotel staff!!). The TV is a bit dated and we had trouble making Youtube work on our last night but overall the room was good!

Large rooms and great location
This hotel is in a great location in the city, close to the subway, bus, and lots of things to see. The room was nice but it did get a little loud at times when other guests were in the hallways. I don't think management can do much about that though because it is just how it is constructed. The room was spacious and had a great view of the street. There aren't really any frills with this hotel as the breakfast is not included and there is no pool but that was fine with us.

The staff was friendly and kind Great room- the terrace was wonderful and we spent time there in the early morning and watched the evening descend on the Garcia neighborhood. Being a beautiful older building the room was cozy and well appointed. Comfortable bed. Metro was a short walk as were all of the little shops, cafes and neighborhood plazas. Also- there was safe parking at the hotel- great bonus. We will be back!
