Nice hotel in quiet place well connected by bus15 and tram 1 from mestre and easy to go to venice aswell. The family room for 4 has design fault the half partition between rooms blocking the air conditioning- spoke to Alberto who was very kind & helpfull and sorted a fan which sorted the issue-- otherwise would have been 5star for comfort aswell.

There are many hotels in the EU, but the shower room is slippery, so be careful. It was a short motorbike ride to Venice, and it was nice to be able to park in the free parking lot and explore on foot. It was enough even if we did not go out of our way to stay in a hotel on the main island.

No frills - Hotel. Breakfast was good and the morning staff and breakfast staff was friendly. Good luck getting parking. When the tiny lot is full then you need to find parking on the street.
