Nice hotel but very small room. There is a frequent local bus that leaves from near the train station that takes you directly to the cruise terminal, and it’s very cheap! Suitcases go into the hold under the bus.

We stayed one night before our cruise. The hotel was a short 10 minute walk to the train station which was very convenient. It is also within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Five stars for location! The lobby and common areas are very nice. Breakfast was excellent. The room itself was basic. Bathroom was very outdated and small for a hotel bathroom. It got the job done and we slept well, but the room didn’t seem to match the rest of the hotel, which was really nice.

The location and room were good. They communicated well in advance for parking. Breakfast was good- no hot breakfast. You are on your own with luggage which you place in a room on your own until check in. Close to train station and cruise ship transportation including Visit Ravenna transportation to cruise ship. Beautiful property, courtyard, lounging areas and extremely spacious room. The area around the hotel was ok. It felt slightly rundown in some areas near the hotel. I did appreciate the proximity to a grocery store. The hotel is lovely and I would consider staying again. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the room; the spacious bathroom; the included breakfast. I would have appreciated a stronger air conditioner in our room. I also did not love that my husband and I were not greeted for breakfast/offered anything to drink/given cutlery. However, when other guests sat down next to us, they were immediately greeted by staff and attended to. Overall, despite these concerns mentioned above, I do still feel like this hotel is a great option near the Ravenna train station.
