Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune to stay in, rude staff, breakfast consisted of bread (3 types) butter and jam, 1 type of cereal (co co pops), no croissant, no pastries, very poor offering, this should not be classed as a hotel, not even a hostel, maybe a boarding house at best, horrible, will never use this brand again

The front desk closes early, the self check-in should have been been mentioned, the hotel is overall clean but there is this weird smell in the room, kind of segarette smell, hard to tell but it is almost the same smell in other premier class hotels too, maybe from materials or cleaning they use. It's ok for one night or 2 to spend a night.

This place was kind of horrifying honestly. It was clean at least, but it’s in a sketchy area and I absolutely did not feel safe as a solo female traveler. I left pretty much 2 hours after I checked in. The housekeepers were kind but the woman I interacted with at the front desk was not.

No shampoo, no soap, no towels, dirty and unhygienic without any conditions to spend the night. We were forced to leave immediately in order not to catch some infectious disease. Worse than your worst nightmare! Of course we didn't get the money back.

Accessible to the room - but not IN the room

I sent two messages that I would arrive after midnight. I was reassured this would be no problem. On arrival I discovered that I could only drive through the gate with a passcode that had apparently been sent with my booking confirmation. I could not find this. Fortunately my son was able to go into reception on foot (I am a wheelchair user) to get the code which had not been mentioned in any correspondence. My accessible room was accessible - but the toilet was a big step up (I had to get something to stand on to go in) with a metal cover on the step lip - this was loose and I tripped on the way out the first time. I was too scared to use the shower which had another step into it.
