High class hotel by the beach, short drive from the Old Town. After spending two nights in the Old Town I wanted to have a bit nicer hotel with all the services - and I wasn’t disappointed! Great rooms, tasty food, superb service, big swimming pool area, awesome views and very close to the beach. My room was in Park Villa with a gorgeous sea view from the balcony. There’s a nice little promenade next to the hotel with shops and restaurants.

I stayed at the Grand Park hotel and it was perfect! Very close to the promenade with tons of restaurant options nearby… felt very safe as a solo traveler in this area. It’s a long walk… but a very safe walk all the way to old town if you’d like… but you can also take a taxi/Uber for relatively cheap. You are then outside of all the hustle and bustle of old town. Everyone was very kind and the sea view rooms have incredible views!

This property is great value and I highly recommend it. The ocean views were breathtaking. The pool areas (both indoor and outdoor) were a relaxing oasis. My room was spacious and well appointed. There was a minor problem with my shower not draining properly. There was construction taking place on the property so there was some noise but it looks like there will be a lovely new pool area once completed. Fantastic stay and I will be back!

Hotel was very nice overall. We stayed in the villa building and were very impressed with the views. We have two, what we consider significant, complaints. The room was not cleaned properly upon arrival. This was resolved fairly quickly with a call to the front desk. The second complaint was that there was a water leak from the shower which left >1cm of water in the bathroom after each use. It used all of our towels and robes to soak up the water and we weren’t given fresh ones until we asked. We informed the front desk but nothing was done about it over our three night stay. Breakfast buffet was well worth the extra charge. Old town was walkable. Lapad beach area and promenade were very nice.
