Great place to stay
This place was fantastic, quite, very clean and just about a mile from the city outdoor market. Nicco was great met us upon arrival explained everything to us in great detail and was there to answer any questions. This is not a big hotel chain but a very clean place to come home to after a full day of exploring Florence.

The place is nicely setup and quite near to the train station to be a good base to explore the region. Had an excellent stay and will be back when I come to the region again.

Located in a quiet street which is walkable to many attractions. Also conveniently located to main train station. There weren't many dining options immediately nearby but many options after 10-15min walk away. The walking path to the property had an odd intersection without crosswalks please be careful when crossing. Otherwise, a good clean property, will recommend this place.

Great Stay in Florence .
The location was excellent . Nic was very helpful and he recommended great places for meals. He also went the extra mile to call and make dining reservations for us and got a taxi for us when we left on the last day. The room looks new and really clean. We are not too big so the bathroom size is still alright. The rooms are not sound proofed, we are not light sleepers so noise did not affect us much. Overall, it was an excellent accommodation for us.

Great spot to base a small to medium tour of Firenze this was our second destination in Italy after Rome and we stayed in this b&b for 4 nights, it was quiet, comfortable, and most importantly for us, it was within walkable distance from all major attractions in florence. Nico, our host, was very accommodating and had excellent manners and even helped us to find recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The room was a little awkward as an american because the shower is separated from the "toilet room" but i know this is common in europe, but otherwise i really can not complain about anything with our stay, it made a great romantic getaway in the beautiful city of florence
