You have to make you bed and take it down
Didn’t tell you you had to make the room up and take down until after you book room. East just a pain to do after a full day of traveling. Our bed didn’t have right size sheets or blankets. So may do with using small sheets and blankets. Food at the pub was some of the best we have had. Very good service and ambiance

Clean, nice location, and friendly staff but it is odd that we had to make our own beds and strip them too. Appears to be more of a hostel style stay than a hotel or inn as advertised. We enjoyed the small river right next to the hotel and only being 5 minutes from the castle. Good food in the restaurant as well.

A great stay! Definitely don't get turned off by the words hostels or bunk beds. The place is very cozy. Has amazing stuff. Great dining options and bar options all right there.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable, even with two of them being top bunks. I am doubtful that the shower was cleaned adequately as there were long hairs clinging to the wall that did not belong to anyone in my party. The floor was very noisy.

Stayed here for 3 nights, had a lovely family stay in the bunk house, shared kitchen was great with everything you need to cater for the family. Staff were lovely, had a lovely breakfast in the restaurant. Brilliant location for exploring the highlands. Definitely stay again when we come back. Excellent for families.
