The room given had recently been renovated so it was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the hotel is centrally located. The only critique i have is the breakfast. The food is cold. There is not an option to do toast and the pancakes and scrambled egg cold. It would be nice to be able to order and have something warm. Even though the view is great the breakfast was a let down.

Salvatore and Ruben at the front desk were extremely helpful. Salvatore was welcoming, patient, efficient and very customer oriented when we arrived on the first day, answering all my questions.
