Toalhas fedorentas, quarto barulhento e cama dura
Quarto super barulhento, não veda o som da rua, escuta-se até o espirro de um pedestre na calçada. Sem falar nos ônibus, carros e na igreja que tem bem em frente que o culto escutamos ao vivo a noite. Toalhas estavam fedendo, tivemos que trocar. Cama dura e travesseiro também. Ar condicionado deu problema e começou a vazar água no meio da noite, tivemos que dormir sem ar condicionado e com janelas fechadas pra amenizar o barulho da rua. Recepcao não atende o telefone a noite, enviamos várias mensagens, ligamos no número celular e fixo e não atenderam. Ao reclamar sobre isso com o funcionário Wagner o mesmo se demonstrou indiferente, foi grosseiro, disse que não tem condições de trabalho e que poderíamos reclamar onde fosse que estaria inclusive o ajudando. Péssima experiência! Não recomendo jamais. O café da manhã é ok, nada demais.

Hotel ok Porém paguei pela vantagem de piscina aquecida e recreação e não tive nenhum dos dois O aquecedor da piscina quebrado há mais de 1 semana sem concerto e só teve uma recreação, nada como foi enviado Café da manhã ok, atendimento ok, bem próximo ao parque, mas o diferencial que fez eu escolher eles q foi a piscina e a recreação não tinha

Um pouco decepcionante
Foi razoável. Pontos positivos: excelente opção para crianças, temas lúdicos com dinossauros, boa área de recreação e excelente piscina. Pontos negativos: péssimo café da manhã, nossa toalha de banho estava fedendo mesmo na reposição (sem usar), além de poeira significativa abaixo das camas. O piso do banheiro estava com aspecto de engordurado da umidade. Péssima acústica, se ouvia tudo ate dois quartos ao lado bem como do saguão do hotel, até mesmo uma simples ligação telefônica.

Hotel precisa de reforma, não gostei pelo fato dos banheiros terem a janela para o corredor, você escuta tudo que as pessoas conversam nos seus quartos quando está no banheiro, limpeza fraca, roupa de cama manchada, minha cama tinha até areia escura como se alguém tivesse colocado mala em cima, brinquedoteca precisando de uma reforma! Passei 1 noite!
