Bluebird excellent.

The lady up front was super sweet since we had a lot in common. They upgraded me to an ADA room with a king bed since I can’t do stairs. Only charged an extra $10 per night. The room was I pretty good shape. Needed a little paint touch up in a couple spots. But overall I will stay there again.

Decent hotel, but could use improvements

It’s a decent hotel, definitely on the idle . Bathroom door, did not close properly and made loud cracking noises when opened . Some of the amenities are worn down. The walls are very thin and I could hear very clearly the people next to me. Since the building is a bit on the older side, you can hear the footsteps and wood cracking from the people staying on the second floor.

Great simple motel with great location near Heavenly Ski Resort and Stateline. Warm room, comfortable bed and good water pressure for the shower. Ample parking. This is a great value motel for those that just want the basics done right!

Reasonable place for the price

3 beds in 2 pretty small rooms served the need for us staying the night during our ski trip. We ate breakfast at Heidi's just across the street. Bathroom was pretty clean. The sheets and blankets were clean too but looked quite old. Carpet looked old too. Overall, I would not mind staying again. But I would probably prefer a slightly more spacious main room.

The pictures ate decieving. This place is old and has a musty smell. Lead based paint on walls. Needs updated so so bad. We took a cross country trip. Stayed in 16 hotels, this was by far the worst. When we entered the room u could smell the "old" smell. I almost slept in the car. Let the water run for 10 minutes waiting for the water to get warm but it wouldnt. Cold water only. A very nice older motel that has been renovated and kept up. Clean room and very nice clean beds in good condition. Front clerk was very nice and hospitable. Plenty of parking in a nice neighborhood and convenient to various restaurant's locations.

Nice hidden gem

Staff is extremely friendly. The whole facility was perfect for our needs. You can tell they have put a lot of work into the facility. We just needed a quick stay for the reggae festival and weren’t looking for anything exuberant, but after staying here, we would come back for a multi-day vacation. Online check-in was very convenient and easy. Free coffee in the morning! We’ll be back
