Stayed numerous times in hotels around Paddington for work. Never considered this one until colleagues recommended it. Great and large rooms, comfortable bed and good breakfast. I am done with the 4 star stay in the basement room hotels around Paddington. Staying here for the future!

Pros: Comfortable bed (despite bed linen stains), friendly staff Cons: Property needs a very thorough cleaning. Bedsheets had what looked like blood on the mattress protector. The common hallways to the rooms looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed since the property opened. Room had damaged walls. Mould in the shower. Leaking shower (sprayed water through the whole bathroom). Disabled Toilet in the breakfast restaurant was disgusting - who knows how long ago it was cleaned. There was urine and faeces everywhere. Very disappointing level of cleanliness

We had a great time at the Premiere Inn, Paddington Basin. It was a very convenient location to Central London with a quick tube ride. The beds were comfortable, there was air conditioning, the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly. The only issue we had was the bathtub was very tall and narrow and slippery. So I suggest getting a rubber mat. I bashed my knee pretty good getting into the tub one day and it left an impressive bruise.
