10/10 Excellent

We love staying here! The history and grand decor from the past make it so fun. The bar has a European/English feel. Restaurant comes and goes depending on chef but during this stay, breakfast was delicious! I would recommend checking out its history to make it more special. Staff has always been fabulous.

Jenny, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Property is in a great location and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very nice. However, there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. For the price of the room for 1 night, you would not expect to see this.
Carla, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Tenth floor hot as hell and 8th floor room we were moved too was just as hot It was absolutely miserable sirens and police noise was terrible I think I will choose somewhere else next time even the lobby and halls were like a Sauna

Room needed more lighting. Friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Bar was nice, live music was a nice touch. Very pleasant bar tender. He gave us some good tips for restaurants in the area. The restaurant in the hotel is small, but we enjoyed our breakfast in the cozy dining room.

Staff very helpful and efficient. Room very clean and quiet. Nice bathroom. For the money, the furnishings in the public spaces looked very worn and dated. Would stay there again.
