All aspects of human interaction were of superior quality. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Ann (Housekeeping) helped me get into my room as my keys didn’t work, Heather and Rose (Food and Beverage) were very accommodating and pleasant to chat with. The food was prepared very well and was good eating. It is painfully obvious to me this facility is need of upgrading. As I mentioned my keys didn’t work the lock so I had them changed out twice, even then I had trouble opening my door. Additionally, I tried to enter the laundry room and my wouldn’t open this door either. The front desk attendant helped, his key had trouble opening the door as well. My coffee maker was non operational, the power light was on but it wouldn’t brew. These issues should be unacceptable to you.
