Early morning, 6am), our lights just turned off. We have the key card on the slot to keep it on. Since it was very dark, we were really struggling trying either card( we had 2 cards). For 20 minutes, our efforts were futile. I tried to call the reception, no one picked up. Went down to the reception (6:20 am) not one person . I tried to call “hello anybody here?” No one. It was scary!!! No one manning that hotel?!?! I went back to our room and tried the phone again . Eventually someone answered!!! It was 6:50 am and someone came up. He cannot resolve the issue himself . Finally he placed his own card stacked with our card and the light went on! Upon check out, I told the reception about it. The same guy who checked us in and casually brushed it off saying we need 2 cards to keep the lights on. He could have told us that at start. As apparently that has been an issue! No apologies at alll! I requested also for a breakfast box for one of my family . The box was not there at 7 am! He just dismissed it that I should have gone there 7 am to pick it up. I said I was there but no box . No apologies again.
