good services, comfortable hotel

I stayed in Madrid 4 nights with this Holiday Inn. Hotels offered me earlier checkin at 9:00am without advance arrangement. The room is tidy, clean and enough spacing. You may spend 5 mins walks to take the Metro station, it is little fast away from the city center, but basically the Metro systems can cover the city area. I still recommend this hotel to any visitor in Madrid.

There was no airport shuttle. Hotels.com is incorrect about this feature. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. Our rooms were well air conditioned and sizable. I do not blame the hotel for the misinformation about a shuttle. The staff was quite shocked and apologetic.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds, clean and helpful staff. Beautiful lobby and cafeteria. Great outside covered terrace to enjoy music and drinks. Hotel provides a beautiful van to airport for pick up and drop off of hotel clients. Very happy with the experience.

Ótimo Hotel, recomendo!

Era a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel, e ele continua muito bom, hotel novo, muito limpo, camas confortáveis, boa localização, próximo a duas estações de metrô, cafe da manhã excelente, embora um pouco (só um pouquinho!!!) afastado do centro de Madrid, a localidade é bem servida de restaurantes, supermercados e transporte. Recomento!

Beautiful view and proximity

Hotel was excellent. Within walking distance to Royal Palace and Gran Via. Across the street from Train and metro stations plus a shopping mall. Front desk was helpful and accurate in all of their directions and recommendations. Room had a beautiful view of city and can see Royal Palace in the far distance - and you can open windows. Bathroom a bit small and had to frequently request toilet paper. Breakfast was adequate but next door has a small cafeteria where the café con leche and toast are yummy. Definitely recommend restaurant next door Ferreiro it was excellent food and service.

Nice hotel

Booked for 1 night as we had a long stopover in Madrid. WiFi was quite weak and breakfast wasn't fantastic but as it was only for one night can't complain. Everything else was perfectly fine to be honest. Walking distance from bus stops and subway station to take you into the centre of Madrid

Had a nice time

I was staying in Madrid for just 24 hours and wanted to have a nice place to sleep while I traveled nearby area. Very nice accommodations. Pleased with the service!
