My first time staying at the Hotel. The breakfast was very good, there was a lot of options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found it a lot more economical than staying in Copacabana.

That said, everything else made up for it—the highlight was definitely the rooftop pool, which was a perfect way to cool off and relax. Hotel is located in a good area with few options for restaurant and also grocery shopping near by. The room is nice but noisy, it feels as if people in the hallway are inside your room. One good thing that I really want to share is the water pressure in the shower, it was amazing! One of the best experiences I ever had with showers, this one was amazing!

This hotel is nowhere near a 4* rating. Staff barely speak English, there is constant noise from the water pipes, thin walls ( you can hear everything), etc. Also, nobody seems to record any incidents. The only good thing about it was the selection of fresh fruits for breakfast and coffee.

Our stay at Windsor

My stay at this Windsor hotel was okay. The rooms provided weren't 5 star but we were able to get sleep. Beds were comfortable and quiet. Room service did a great job as well. The breakfast was good, and the dinner was also good. The surrounding area can get a little busy and some homeless folks can be spotted here and there but overall we felt safe going outside. Also what's nice is the entrance is not on the main road, which is great as it's easier to get ubers and not just anyone can just walk up to you. Staff was nice and welcoming, although there was a minor incident with the front desk when we checked out. But it wasn't a big enough issue to ruin our experience overall
