I wanted to give a higher rating to your service, but I was a bit disappointed to see that there was no coffee, tea or kettle in the room. I usually like to have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning before heading to breakfast, so it would be great to have that service available. Thanks for listening!

Great location for the Port however it’s noisy outside so sleep quality not great. We had room 102 which is modern, clean and comfortable with great air con. It always seemed dark though and when you open your doors next doors balcony faces into your room so no privacy. If I lay in bed with door open they would be able to see me. Fortunately the room seemed to be empty but that would put me off for future. We asked for early check in this didn’t happen I also left my number to call when room ready this didn’t happen either. It’s a strange hotel the staff aren’t at all friendly and you feel like you don’t belong. Breakfast was nice. I’d stay again but 2 nights max as no pool is an issue.

It got off to a bad start when we didn't have hot water for a day. However, the response time was quick, and the plumber was knowledgeable and sorted the issues as timely as possible. If it wasn't for the kindness of the plumber, I would have complained more. However, it takes one person to turn something around.

This should be a 3 star hotel. There is no laundry, room service and minibar. No one was present to help with our luggages. The bathroom had molds. Breakfast is okay. You can barely sleep at night because of bars and restaurants in front of the hotel.

We stayed 1 night and it was average, the location is excellent in the middle of everything, but for what we paid i excepted more facilities and amenities like the mini bar in the room (only 2 btls of water, nothing else) there is no bathrobes and slippers, no kettle and no coffee machine, the tv is old, the decoration of the room is very basic, you feel like you are in an empty room. For 300€ per night we expected a little more than we found.

Was 2 bookings in the same property under different names by mistake. Zero help from staff or management to resolve despite trying to cancel one in advance and keep just the one other. Beautiful view but run down in every way with no bathroom amenities on site. Didnt stay at B51 but in Park Plaza Suites with all things bearing the B51 name so not even sure which to review. Attrociously bad experience and makes me question why I use Expedia, clearly not as trusting going forward. Booked thousands and thousands of dollars in travel and discarded to take my business elsewhere. Should be ashamed
