We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and friendly. I would recommend the property to invest in better quality towels, the current ones are poor quality and old. I would also recommend that the lobby be remodelled at the very least it is desperate need of new paint as well as the rooms. If you can look past the aesthetics this is a great place to stay. It is a great location for families going to Disneyland.

The motel is in a noisy area, but that's because it's so close to everything: shopping center is next door and Disneyland is within walking distance. I chose it for its location and reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area. It's a bit run-down and needs some maintenance and minor repairs, but it served its purpose for our trip. I needed 2 beds in a suite, where beds were separated by the door, which is exactly what we got. Staff is friendly and nice. Have coffee and tea at the reception and microwave and fridge in the room - no coffee maker in the room though.
