酒店设施完备，吹风筒，冰箱，擦鞋纸，电水壶等方便使用，空调很安静。对吸烟人士（虽然本人不抽烟）没有歧视，在靠门口的一小空间备齐电视，书籍，沙发供享用（不知道里面烟味是否浓得不需要买烟都能享受哦）

The worst experience with this hotel

This is the worst lodging experiment in Netherlands. The rude attitude and unfriend faces from the reception desk is still recalling. First, without any alert, I booked a double bed room for an adult and two kids, and successfully checked in. However, later on, when we stepped out of the hotel for a lunch, the staff stopped us and said the room is only for two persons, not for an adult and two kids. Her rude attitude made us angry. We tried to cancel the hotel, but she firmly told us it is impossible. This is equal to say that we have to book another room in their hotel. Finally we had to do so. Two double-bedded room for three nights for an adult and two kids!!! 2. We left our luggage in room desk. These things were put in a supermarket plastic bag.After returning, we found everything is gone! The hotel's answer is pretty ridiculous: we clean everything on the table. The personnel belongings should be put in their luggage bags! 3. We had a dinner in the first floor restaurant. My kid took out one bottle of juice we purchased from supermarket. Immediately, we were told that we can't drink the juice bought from outside. All these three things make us believe that this is a rude hotel. The attitude of the receptionist should be greatly improved

i leave my souvenir at the hotel room when i check out. after 3 hrs i go back there try to take back. the hotel staff said already throw my souvenir as a rubbish. And one of the staff attitude is very bad, she treat me is different between other customers. she was so friendly with the white customers. she show me what is racial discrimination mean, thank you.

It’s not worst, but not worth staying, either

The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to access both to Amsterdam city center and Schiphol Airport. BUT THIS HOTEL SURELY HAS ISSUES! 1) The front desk staff that checked me in told a lie that breakfast was included, even after he double checked it on the screen, and I had to pay €18.25 just for a small cup of fruit with yogurt. 2) The air duct in my room kept on making terrible noise all through the night, and I thought cheap hotel somewhere in downtown would be even quieter. 3) One day out of my four night stay, they didn’t do cleaning and bed making at all, even I was out of the room from 11am to 10pm. 4) The shower head is broken, and its cover (where water comes out) falls, which drove me crazy. 5) No matter I claim, night shift staffs told me to talk to their manager who is only at work during the day.

Manque total de propreté et de service en chambre

Nous avons passé trois nuits très décevantes dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre était sale, et malgré notre présence, aucun ménage n’a été effectué le lendemain. Nous avons donc dû dormir deux nuits dans une chambre non nettoyée. Ce manque de propreté et de suivi est inacceptable pour un établissement hôtelier
