On the second night of my stay my vehicle and 8 others were broken into. Not one staff inquired about our well being. Never even looked outside to see why there was a lot full of cops. The police informed us that this happens there all the time and there wasnt anything we could reaaly do but suck it up.

My reservation was canceled by Staybridge apparently because I did not have a card in file when I booked this reservation with a card. On top of that I wasn’t even notified about the cancellation and had to make last minute reservations at another hotel and ended up spending $400 more than this reservation. Very upsetting!

I enjoyed my stay. The suite was perfect for us - 4 adults and 3 children. My son and I really enjoyed the pool. Was bigger than most hotels we’ve stayed at. Complimentary laundry was cool and room was really nice. Will stay here again when in town.

My family and I went for a quick vacation and we loved our stay. The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was great especially for kids. We will definitely return. Oh and my son spent at least an hour a day in the gym.

The front desk manager and rest of staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue with the room on check in and they offered (without us asking first) if we wanted a different room. This hotel is easy access off I-77. The staff are very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. Nice hot breakfast that is not the same thing every day like one of the adjacent hotels. I have stayed here twice now on business trips and plan on returning.
