8/10 Good

Friendly staff. Room is clean
Cynthia, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

The customer service good and check-in was very quick. My only real issue is the noise level, both within the hotel as well as outside in the general area. Bed was huge and super comfortable. I would stay there again.
John, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

I think it’s the best option for the price.
Maryna, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Friendly staff
Michael, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Affordable stay
purneet, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Close enough to downtown for a cheap hotel, I would only stay there again if I was absolutely drunk and needed to pass out and not actually look at the room or smell it.
Erin, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Hotel in a convenient location, walking distance to downtown, restaurants, tourist attractions, etc. The room was large and quiet, but there was a bad smell. It was ok for the price.
Johanne, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Not a new building but clean comfortable beds relatively quiet. No room service or breakfast options but value for money in a prime position close to city centre.
Mark, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Low cost compared to other motels for the summer season. Still pricey though.
Bruce, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Everything in Victoria is just massively over priced, very rundown and old.
mark, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

No top sheets on the beds, shower looked stained.
Janet, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

The hotel itself was generally clean and the staff were responsive. Unfortunately it is in a pretty rough part of the city and I would not be comfortable walking in the neighborhood with my family, especially after dark. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There is a secure parking garage which is good.
Mark, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Too expensive for condition of hotel. Needs major remodeling. Dirty pillow case. It works for overnight stay but I don’t see the value
jerri, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Very good location, very close to downtown. Great price. Comfy beds
Janice, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great place to stay with friendly staff. Easy walk into the city through Chinatown. The building is tired but the new management are working to improve things.
David, 3-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Its an older property and it shows. It has what counts though. Very clean comfortable beds, lots of clean and comfortable pillows. The furniture and carpet was great. The bathroom was fine, the tub is old and worn but very clean. Its also the best shower water pressure I've ever had. Nice clean towels. The staff was really great. Hard to beat the value for the price so close to the center of downtown.
Jason, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The place is nice and close to my destinations in victoria.
Pretty, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Attentive service. Very friendly staff.
Anna, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

The room was pleasant and clean, nothing special but fine for the price. There was a small balcony on the room but the sliding access door was noisy and difficult to use. We enjoyed the convenient walking access to downtown Victoria. One of the hotel clerks we dealt with was pleasant and accommodating, the other not so much. Parking was OK, a little challenging for a full-size crew cab pickup but manageable. I would stay there again on my next trip to Victoria.
Patrick, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Property was well located for us with underground secure parking (a must for that neighbourhood) and easy to get to. The main concern was a bathroom and especially bathtub that needed a good cleaning.
Edward, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Check in was great staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Rooms are somewhat dated but repaires keep up. we had mountain bikes that we were able to store in lockup.
darrell, 3-night trip

6/10 Okay

It did the trick - a bed for a quick one night stay in Victoria for under $200
dawne, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

older property, clean room, close to Save On Food Memorial Center for convention I attended
Nicolette, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Booked this for family. They said it was good.
Alana, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Just nasty
