Room clean and good beds
The condition of the hotel was poor. Sink has cracks in it with no stopper. Carpet was dirty and worn. Tile at elevator was missed and cracked. Room was Clean and good beds. Which is all I cared about.

Try a different Kingman motel, would not recommend
We checked in online and specified that it would be a late check in. Got to the motel at 9:30pm as specified and they did not have the room cleaned, the front desk went to get it ready and all they did was halfway put the sheets on and tossed blankets on the bed. Went into the room and there was no toilet paper and I had to go get it from the front desk. Went to take a shower and barely any warm water would come out and the tub faucet was loose, rattling and leaking. The toilet seat was also broken and at least 3 power outlets did not work. Very frustrating after a grueling 14 hour drive.

No usable Wifi ;(
Everything was perfect except there was no Wifi capability to stream or open more than one window on my laptop. This was a work trip so I was disabled by the issue, not happy. It's not asking too much to provide normal Wifi. staff and presentation were terrific.
