The staff is absolutely outstanding here! They made our first time in Rome all the more enjoyable. The rooftop bar offers stunning views. The front desk people were very helpful to first-timers in Rome. The free breakfast was great and so convenient. The rooftop was a delightful way to start or end our day. Bring tissues as they don’t provide. We enjoyed the neighborhood feel, the restaurants everywhere, Santa Marie Maggiore a short walk away (and worth a visit). The train station looks close but is a hike if you’re dragging luggage on the rough streets and sidewalks. - we’ll get a taxi next time.
