Very nice facility. Rooftop pool and restaurant very nice but pool area small and no space when we tried to sit by pool. No coffee machine in room just instant coffee and coffee bar in lobby but over 3 euros to buy a coffee and most hotels have complimentary coffee.

No customer recognition
We have stayed here up to ten times now as we come frequently to Malaga but they have absolutely NO customer recognition for recurring guests. We are getting worse and worse rooms every time and this time we booked several months in advance and asked for a quiet room and was given a room on the first floor towards a construction site where a generator was buzzing all through the night. We like this place since it's very conveniently located and have a very nice roof bar and one of the biggest pools in Malaga. We will give them one more chance and ask for specific rooms (as we always book far in advance) but if that cannot be accommodated we will start looking for another place.

Beware, having insurance from expedia DOES NOT allow you to cancel a day early. Salles charged 3 DAYS for what they call a 'NO SHOW', when Expedia sent them cancellation emails THE DAY BEFORE CHECK IN. Unreasonable, money grubbing.

Nice stay in Malaga
A nice hotel in the centre of Malaga. Everyone was very service minded. Cleaning was a top 10. I really enjoyed my stay. The roof terrace was nice. The pool was about 3x6 meters. But a nice contribution to cool down on a hot day. There are a lot of good local small restaurants in the same street. So you don't have to go far to eat good food.
