The renovated rooms are great, ask for one. The suite is also outstanding, even if a bit pricey. Suites have a lot of space and a view. Staff is extremely courteous and solicitous. Special shout out to Pimenta, who made our transit thru the reception area always a delight.

O hotel Emiliano é incrível, porém só tem um problema, um barulho constante dentro do quarto provindo do motor do refrigerador, para mim é um barulho difícil de conviver. Só não houvesse o barulho eu diria que o hotel é maravilhoso, daria nota 10 com 6 estrelas.

Gostei muito do hotel, da experiência. Fiquei 6 noites. Diego e Yuddi, gratidão pela educação e simpatia. Não gostei do meu check-in. O hotel estava vazio e pedi upgrade do quarto.. falaram que foi feito, mas não foi verdade. Nem demais benefícios da minha categoria no Hotéis.com. Faltou simpatia da concierge. Tive contra-tempos no primeiro e último dia. No primeiro, meus sais de banho e hidratante estavam usados. Minha pia estava entupida, saiu um “ser verde” do ralo… no último, não tinha água para eu finalizar meu banho.. me oferecem abertura de cama apenas um dia.. a reposição dos kits não foi padrão durante minha estadia.. serviço de café no quarto, oferecido apenas em dois dias.. spa ok.. quarto ok.. conforto ok.. decoração ok.. restaurante ok localização ok academia ok.. voltarei!
