The lobby area was bright and welcoming. It led into the restaurant and out to the pool area which were both lovely. Staff was amazing and food/beverage were great. Room was ok, definitely in need of some renovations. Bathroom was small and shower was awful. Mattress was too broken in and the 2 pillows were terrible.

Okay for short stays. Best thing is location and parking. Breakfast could be better (e.g. bread not fresh). Also pool undergoing renovation so could not be used. One of the initial rooms smelt intensely of smoke but receptionist was incredibly helpful and arranged alternative. Given the above would still stay again as staff are as accommodating as you could hope for

It was great, For company sustainable in the business, i would put up 1 sig that says palace hotel from the beach area. Public transportation is really good. The bus, stops right outside the hotel. And its very good hotel. I would have wished for the sunrise at the balcony though 😋
