Japanese breakfast was very good, good location; the regular breakfast was average. On the bad note, the check in was unpleasant, the room was musty and had a cigarette smell. Very cute, the room looked very different from the pictures, but we enjoyed our stay. Went here for our Honeymoon they left us a flower and a note, which we appreciated, really liked that they had room service and breakfast even if you didn’t have it included you could pay for it. Loved all the toiletries they provide and the pijamas. Thank you

Great value

Very spacious room (BKK level gosh) and good value (honestly also BKK level), plus superb location (close to all sorts of transport and shopping area, yet still tranquil enough at night). No complaint and definitely my choice for another Kyoto trip.
