Wir waren positiv überrascht von der Einrichtung / Ausstattung der Zimmer. Check in und Check out war zügig und unkompliziert. Über die Lage waren wir uns im Voraus im klaren und hatten eine gute Anbindung mit dem PKW zur Messe sowie zur Innenstadt.

I turned up and there were 20 police officer outside , it has turned into an immigration hotel. My son and O were left stranded at 11pm at night with no where to stay. Cat get in contact with Expedia. Apart from these emails asking to rate my stay

This hotel is nowhere near the airport! It cost us 60 Euros from the terminal to get to the hotel then another 40 euros back to the airport, which was considerably more than the room itself. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fine for what we needed given we had missed our flight and just needed a bed. Very unhappy about the distance though and the overall cost this came to including the taxi fare. This cannot be marketed as an airport hotel when its a 15-20 minute (and exorbitant variable taxi fare) from the airport.

This was definitely not what I expected when making the reservation. This hotel was not located anywhere near the airport and was actually located with two other hotels in the middle of a field. When you first drive to the location, you have the impression as though the hotel were abandoned (due to the overgrown grass and lack of a proper parking gate). I enjoyed the most when I attempted to use the elevator and had pressed the button 40 times over a period of 20 minutes, only to then use the steps out of necessity. When I questioned the employee at the checkout desk, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said that it had broken at some point the previous night and couldn’t be fixed until the day later. This place seems to have so many problems that the staff is completely used to them. The owner needs to either invest some money and effort here, or find a new way to make a living. Totally awful.

Good hotel but with poor internet

Very good hotel on most parts except the Internet. The Internet is so poor you cannot use it for work, not mention about FaceTime with family. It is not just too many people to use it. In fact, hotel should consider fully booking circumstances to have proper facilities to support. For biz trip, I would definitely try to avoid this hotel.
