Good but could use some upkeep
Booked this for work travel since I didnt need to be downtown area. Property looks good from outside but inside shows some wear in elevators and guest areas. Water pressure and heat level in shower was horrible on 5th floor. Breakfast was ok, but clearly missing a metal pan in one of the warming trays. Just eggs, biscuits, sausage links...no gravy or potatoes or other options. Woman who works the front desk and wears a head wrap was very nice and pleasant every time I saw her. Otherwise it was average at best but for price its not bad. Ive stayed in worse properties for more cost. If you dont need to stay downtown or are flying in and need an airport hotel, this one was good for the cost.

Good Stay!
Front desk lady was really nice. Room was clean and in good condition, but thermostat was broken. I was too tired to switch rooms, but it would’ve been nice to adjust the air. Other than that, they have free breakfast in the morning including waffles, fruits, cereal.

Great stay
I made my reservation the day-of so that I could get closer to the airport. I saw ratings online and thought this was the best choice - and it WAS. I love the lighting in the room, full size closet, clean and spacious bathroom... microwave and fridge available in room, DESK AND CHAIR with easily accessible power ports. Comfy couch and ottoman as well as REALLY comfy bed. Close to fast food and TV offers HBO channels (but I watched Animal Planet). Able to work into the night and get rest.

I had 2 (two) rooms reserved. When we arrived at the hotel we only had 1 room and the hotel was sold out, due to Taylor Swift being in New Orleans. The hotel could see that the request had two room but only 1 room was requested by hotels.com

The hotel was OK the problem was the weather and we had to leave a day early. Hotel canceled our last day stay but when we called Expedia abut our last night refund the hung up on me 4 times and so the hotel called and was told it was our problem and then were also hung up on. So to say this will be our last time using Expedia and will leave the problem up to our credit card company.
