I recently stayed at Dusit Thani Hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and the facilities, including the restaurant, are excellent. The dining experience was delightful, and the staff was attentive and friendly.
However, I encountered an issue with the room. Upon entering, I noticed an unpleasant smell, which I believe was due to excess humidity. The room felt damp, and the bed and blankets seemed uncomfortably wet. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they assured me that it was normal, but it made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
Overall, while the hotel has many positive aspects, the humidity and smell in the room were significant downsides to my stay.
