Ive stayed a couple of times here. Lnly becsuse its closed to my apartment in Vasant Kunj. This property is weird and eerie. Entire stay there was a weird construction sound whichbeventually stopped. This used to bevthe Hyatt and i think it burned down and three partners took it over and nsmed it Hyatt. The only good thing is the rooms are spacious. But again looks ghostly and eerie.

I got stuck in the elevator between floors for 5 minutes, even after I pressed the alarm several times nobody responded or came to help. The elevator reset and lowered itself to the bottom floor and after manually pushing the doors open to let myself out, the staff at the front desk just said “we’re very sorry about that” and moved on to the next guest in line.

Original impression when walking in is really good. It only gets worse from there. Majority of the staff doesn't care about the customer. Our room smelled foul and so they changed our room which was marginally better but was even less clean. They said they would shift our luggage but eventually we had to get it ourselves. Dinner tasted terrible and the stop serving you as soon as the time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner time is up. They would not tell customers the kitchen is closed and then just ignore you. If your looking for a 3 star hotel with a 1 star customer service experience, then this would be the place for you.

My water would not stay hot for longer than a few seconds. The hallways smelled bad. The staff was loud and slow while cleaning rooms and inconsiderate of guests in the rooms. In addition, be aware if you book through Expedia that they might not see this and have to charge you again.
