Poor hospitality Late afternoon staff indifferent cold welcome, did not share towel information for the pool after I asked about the pool...chatting on phone (apparently with a friend) had to wait until the conversation was complete to check in with a young child. The pool was dirty, the bathroom at the pool is in need of repair. The toilet paper holder was rusty. The office chair in our room had stains on it. Our toilet barely functioned and when I called the front desk I was asked “do you want to move”. When I responded with a no, they said they would have maintenance come up. We had to call back in the morning to get someone to come, as no one showed up or called to advise when they were coming. The staff was great, if they were at the desk.
