Not Impressed at all...
Received check in details great. Arrived to full bins outside front door over flowing and strong gross smell. Floors still really wet from mop on arrival after 3pm, not sure if hot mop as feet dirty if didnt wear slippers. Kitchen drawers dirty, handles dirty not wiped down which was disappointing during Covid19 period. Blankets at end if beds dirty, no hair dryer, no netflix power cord and no batteries for remote. Pull out bed didnt look stable due to front legs. Couldnt uae heaters due to power shorting. Door and window latches not secure and back door handle outside comes right off. Kitchen utensils breaking and dirty dishwashing brushes etc. 2 people left early as didnt like the dirty feeling. Each issue took long to have calls back as they preferred to communicate via email (was urgent to us maybe not them). Overall not impressed and now after the stay they have taken bond out of my account which was only supposed to be a hold only saying expedia/hotels did not pay them. Real shame as pictures looked great just wish the standards were as great to make your stay feel clean.
