I reserved and pay for a king or double bed instead i got a handicap rm witb a very small bed. Very uncomfortable but worst of all reception lady was rude and couldn't even try to accommodate me in a bigger rm even thought i explained that wasn't the rm i paid for. Long story short instead of 2 niggts only stayed one night vey unpleasant trip.
