I liked that it was recently renovated, quiet, and that the flooring in the room was not carpeted. The king-sized bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy. It’s also within walking distance to the lake, which is fabulous!!

Convenient, comfortable hotel with dedicated working area. The fact they sell the regular bottle water at 3.50 and there is not a courtesy one in the room, shows you they are just a plain simple place to stay on your pass through Leamington. A more dedicated customer service could go a long way. I would prefer to stay somewhere else.
