Horrible beds
The room was clean and very nice. The only issue i had was the beds killed my back. They felt like a rock. Other than that, i enjoyed our stay. Oh, and they had beautiful trees up.

Very clean, efficient hotel. Rooms are on the small size but nice. Breakfast was typical waffles, pancakes, cereal, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Nothing fancy but fills you up.

The staff was very amenable. I especially like the bathroom, which was set up as good or better than Marriots and Hilton Suites where I have recently stayed.

It is very close to the Rocky Mountain Railway! The shower stall was very nice. The window treatment let the exterior lights shine in the room! The staff was very nice and helpful!

Clean tourist motel near Nantahala
Very clean, good service. But the exterior lighting was like a spotlight coming through the window. The shade did not block out light. Poor sleep due to the room being too bright.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. The room was pretty small from other rooms i've stayed in. No big deal tho.
The property was clean, however, it is showing a little bit of it's age. Good continental breakfast in the morning. Convenient to everything in Bryson City.

Melody, the front desk clerk was a joy to work with. She definitely put a smile on our faces each time we walked through the front doors. The pool was wet, the ice was cold and the breakfast bar was good. My only suggestion is that they service the air conditioning unit . The room smelled musky and that may be due to the air condition unit not draining properly. Stayed there for three days and I'm sure if we would have brought it to there attention, they would have moved us to a different room. But it was not a big deal.............
