Our room (Plebiscito) was clean, comfortable, and modern. The bathroom was spacious and had a huge jet tub. Staff was accommodating but spoke little to no English. The hotel is on the second floor with the smallest elevator I have ever seen. It took a couple of elevator cycles to get us and out luggage to and from our room.

Very good location. Close to almost everything needed. Facilities well equipped, decorated. Staffs very friendly. Although whom I have met don’t speak much English but they are all very helpful to make sure I have understood what they wanted to tell me and their answers to my questions (I don’t know any Italian language except a few greeting words which are useless in question and answer) by other means such as writing, hand gestures or voice translation. I did not feel anything communication issue in entire stay. We got our breakfast in our room on time every day on time, which was better than we expected. Definitely will want to stay again if I have a chance.

Very nice inside, a little scary at first there is a big door then a little one lots of locks! Then a court yard inside with parking.But not for customers which it did say parking In description. So we had to go about 10 blocks in a not so nice area & pay 40 dollars a day! Other wise good area for shopping & dining.

We had added a 2 night stay to our Rome trip so that we could take a ferry to see the island of Capri and Sorrento. When we arrived a gentleman was waiting for us at the entrance on the street as the hotel is on the 2nd floor. Just a large wooden door at the street entrance. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised when we walked into an extremely clean and updated property on 2nd floor. We had a very restful stay as the room was quiet, the icing on the cake was breakfast brought to your room. Location was GREAT to the port, many restaurants and we explored around the nearby area. Many things to see. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Staff was opening and friendly.

Razoável no geral! Localização excelente, do lado da Praça do Plebiscito! Não tem atendimento após 18:00! Não fica funcionário nem na recepção! Café da manhã fraquíssimo, servido no quarto mas só colocam ovos, queijos ou presunto se for solicitado! Se o preço estiver bom, vale a pena!

The room was clean and quiet. I was amazed by how high tech it was-everything was electronic. (To turn on the lights anywhere needed your palm) the water was hot, but I think they needed a better toilet paper holder. No one spoke English, and unfortunately, my husband and I speak almost no Italian. The gentleman at the front desk used an app which worked well enough for check in, but not enough for us to feel confident asking questions on how we should get to Pompeii, dinner recs, etc. Breakfast included watery coffee, or and some yummy pastries. I loved using the hobbit door in the main doorway to get in the building, even though we had to haul our luggage over the lip of the door. The elevator was useful after all of our walking. We weren’t far from the water, lots of restaurants and shopping.
